🍪 Hot Cross Bun Bread & Butter Pudding (Super Easy)
Ingredients:
• 6 pre-made hot cross buns
• 3 eggs
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 1 cup thickened cream
• ⅓ cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Optional: chocolate chips, sultanas
Method:
• Preheat oven to 180°C.
• Slice buns in half and arrange in a baking dish, slightly overlapping.
• Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla.
• Pour custard mix over buns and let soak 5–10 mins.
